ITech Consult is seeking a Customer Logistics Manager to lead global market supply, managing SEMF and FG delivery across customer markets in the pharmaceutical industry. You will ensure high service levels, right-first-time fulfillment, and full compliance while coordinating upstream replenishment and master data setups.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in SCM/Operations, SAP and analytics experience, and fluent English with German a plus. The role offers 40% remote work from Kaiseraugst.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or Logistics.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SCM and Operations in the pharmaceutical industry.
• SAP, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with AI-driven supply chain tools/analytics.
• Professional fluency in English (German a plus).

Aufgaben

• Ensure global market supply to third-party customers on time in full at the right quality and cost.
• Coordinate upstream replenishment coordination from central packaging with interfaces.
• Continuously improve the cost-to-serve model (incl. KPI metrics).
• Leverage data for decision making using analytics and tools.
• Drive efficiency through technology and data initiatives.
• Collaborate with market functions to adjust the Replenishment Plan.
• Ensure appropriate supply chain setup (e.g., master data).
