Qualifikationen

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Patient Services / PSP governance, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of PSPs and patient services governance.
• Experience with governance frameworks, SOPs, dashboards, risk assessments, and audit-readiness.

Aufgaben

• Establish and evolve enterprise governance standards for Patient Services to ensure consistent quality and compliance across markets.
• Define practical decision criteria and review tools for determining PSP governance vs. diagnostic service governance.
• Partner with SPD, MCE, LOC Patient Services leaders, and country organizations to enable compliant local implementation of patient support solutions.
• Define lifecycle governance expectations for Patient Services and PSPs from intake through close-out, ensuring documentation and accountability at each stage.
• Provide governance advisory support for new, changing, or scaled patient support models, including PSPs, diagnostic services, and home care or monitoring models.
