Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in Medical Affairs, Patient Services/PSP governance, Medical Operations, Quality, Compliance, Risk Management or related biopharma/healthcare functions.
• Strong understanding of PSPs, patient services, diagnostic services, patient journey needs, vendor-enabled healthcare services, and global/local execution realities.
• Experience developing or implementing governance frameworks, SOPs, control models, risk assessments, audit readiness, dashboards, or cross-functional operating models.
• Experience working across multiple countries/markets with varied regulatory environments preferred.

Aufgaben

• Establish and evolve enterprise governance standards for Patient Services across markets.
• Define practical decision criteria and review tools to determine governance pathways.
• Partner with SPD, MCE, LOC Patient Services leaders to implement compliant local governance.
• Define lifecycle governance from concept to retirement with clear documentation.
• Translate governance expectations into usable materials and templates.
• Provide governance advisory support for new or scaled patient support models.
• Build governance visibility through inventories, documentation standards, dashboards, and leadership summaries.
• Support audit readiness, risk assessments, and CAPA activities.
