Roche Basel seeks a Packaging or Mechanical Engineer with 2-3 years of pharma cold-chain experience to safeguard our supply chain and enable smart, digitalized manufacturing logistics. A Bachelor's or Master's in Packaging or Mechanical Engineering is required, with IoT experience considered a plus.

You will contribute to GMP qualification studies, drive digital packaging initiatives, and collaborate across commercial and regulatory teams to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2-3 years in pharma cold-chain packaging and thermal shipper qualification.
• IoT integration and supply chain digitalization experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; German proficiency is a plus.
• Strong technical writing and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Design and execute GMP qualification studies for cold-chain packaging.
• Establish thermal profiles and perform risk assessments.
• Lead digital transformation projects in smart packaging and IoT monitoring.
• Manage system lifecycle, changes, and RCA for temperature excursions.
• Support regulatory submissions and GDP compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners across logistics, manufacturing, QA, and Regulatory.
