Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience for MSc and PhD, 3+ years for Bachelors in product development of medical devices or pharmaceutical packaging.
• Experience in design control processes and GMP.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Aufgaben

• Develop new products and technologies and secure their intellectual property.
• Identify risks on critical functionalities of new packaging.
• Execute complex roadmap and customer-specific projects.
• Plan technical work packages with senior colleagues to meet targets.
• Support technical feasibility studies and change projects.

Kenntnisse

Product development in medical devices

Knowledge of glass, rubber or polymer products

Fluency in English and German

Analytical and planning skills

Creativity in developing intellectual property
