Zusammenfassung

Work Selection, in partnership with Roche in Kaiseraugst, seeks a Global CMO Clinical Packaging Site Manager for an 11-month assignment. You will oversee labeling, packaging, and device assembly activities outsourced to global CMOs within a GxP/GMP framework.

You will lead end-to-end CMO projects—from onboarding and RFPs to budgeting, SAP order processing, and SundOP representation—driving quality, cost-efficiency, and timely clinical supply across trials.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field.
• GMP/GxP experience required.
• Proficient with SAP or ERP systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English; basic German beneficial.
• Willingness to work flexible global hours.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience with CMOs and contract manufacturing.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.

Aufgaben

• Oversee clinical labeling, packaging, and device assembly outsourced to CMOs.
• Manage CMO onboarding, RFPs, and SOWs; drive budgeting and vendor selection.
• Collaborate with Procurement and stakeholders on supply contracts.
• Define supply strategies and own budgeting for CMO costs.
• Establish team scope and KPI reporting; govern CMO activities.
• Represent CMO function in SundOP process.
• Manage SAP master data and purchase orders; review invoices.
• Identify process improvements and act as SME on key initiatives.
