CSL Vifor is seeking a senior professional to lead Corporate & External Affairs in Switzerland, guiding government relations, policy, and advocacy aligned with site leadership and commercial priorities.

The role focuses on strategic external engagement, policy risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to support operations, patient access, and strategic media relations in Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate degree or higher in law, public health, international relations, political sciences or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in healthcare policy/public affairs, access or similar fields in Switzerland.
• Experience building company profile with public affairs stakeholders at national/local levels.
• Ability to collaborate across a matrix organization to drive shared goals.
• Strong network with government officials, policy makers, industry, and patient advocacy groups.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead strategic plan to drive public affairs and executive engagement for CSL’s operations in Switzerland.
• Lead CSL engagement with government officials, industry associations, patient groups, and other stakeholders.
• Represent CSL in key industry associations and committees; coordinate external engagement priorities in Switzerland.
• Develop policy updates for senior leaders, aligned with affiliate functions and CEA leadership.
• Collaborate with site leadership and cross-functional teams to enact joint strategies and policy programs.
