Zusammenfassung

Sonova AG is seeking a Procurement Project Manager NPI/R&D to lead global procurement activities for new product introductions across design and development. You will drive strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost reduction within a fast-paced innovation environment.

The role requires strong Project Procurement expertise, SAP data maintenance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time launches and alignment with policy.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a technical or commercial field.
• 7+ years of procurement experience in the Directs area with project leadership experience.
• Experience owning procurement activities in a global organization.

Aufgaben

• Lead procurement activities for new product introductions (NPI) across Design & Development.
• Drive cost optimisation, supplier management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policy and processes.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage supplier performance.
• Maintain material data in SAP and support launch readiness.
• Collaborate with corporate category leaders and VAVE projects.
