IonQ in Geneva, Switzerland seeks a Multi-Site Supply Chain Manager and MRP/ERP Specialist to optimize production planning and material availability across multiple sites. You will lead a team of planners and drive standardization, collaborating with Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement and Finance in an international environment.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), advanced Excel skills, and a history of data‑driven decision making

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management or related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience with demand/supply planning in manufacturing; electronics experience preferred.
• Experience operating across multiple sites and standardizing processes across locations.
• 3+ years of leading a team; strong cross-functional communication.

Aufgaben

• Receive and validate the sales forecast for completeness and feasibility.
• Translate demand into capacity and material plans across sites aligning manufacturing, procurement and finance.
• Lead demand and supply review and develop mitigation scenarios for leadership.
• Coordinate with procurement on material availability, lead times and risks and embed them into SIOP scenarios.
