Job summary

MSD Switzerland seeks a Director, Digital Plant Lead to design and implement digital manufacturing and supply chain capabilities across its Research Laboratories network. You will drive MES/ERP strategies, standardize data governance, and harmonize systems across sites to enable seamless information and materials flow.

You will partner with site leaders to translate complex business needs into scalable enterprise solutions, monitor adoption with KPIs, and lead change through DSCS and IT teams,

Qualifications

8+ years in digital manufacturing support or plant automation.
Experience with MES/ERP systems and data governance.
PhD or Bachelor with extensive engineering background.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into system implementation requirements.
Provide virtual plant design across enterprise systems.
Align enterprise system implementation across sites.
Drive business process transformation within Research Laboratories.
Define KPIs to monitor system adoption and value.
