IonQ, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Site Supply Chain Manager and MRP/ERP Specialist to join the Quantum Networking & Security Operations Team. You will lead demand planning and production scheduling across sites, optimize ERP/MRP processes, and drive data‑driven improvements in a global manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 8+ years in supply chain, and fluent French and English. Hybrid work setup in Geneva with extensive collaboration with Sales, Procurement, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience focusing on demand/supply planning in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; advanced Excel.
• Deep hands-on expertise in MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• SIOP & Supply Planning: translate forecasts into capacity and material plans across sites.
• Lead demand and supply review and identify gaps; develop mitigation scenarios for Senior Operations Director.
• Coordinate with Procurement on material availability, supplier lead times, and risks.
• Define and optimize inventory targets and policies aligned with SIOP objectives.
• Own and monitor key SIOP KPIs: on-time delivery, capacity utilization, inventory turns, lead times.
• Team Leadership: lead and develop a distributed team of demand planning and warehouse specialists; establish standard ways of working across sites.
• MRP / ERP Management: act as SME for MRP/ERP; drive improvements in configuration and data quality; lead planning-related UAT with IT.
• Finance Reporting: prepare monthly production and delivery forecasts; partner on monthly sales forecasts and variance analysis; coordinate annual physical inventory.
