Roche is seeking an International Product Manager to lead the global strategy for the Molecular Work area portfolio and spearhead the continued market leadership of the cobas molecular diagnostics platforms.

You will collaborate with R&D, Global Customer Support, Operations, and regional affiliates to shape product features, drive the lifecycle from development through market support, and translate customer requirements into compelling business cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific, Engineering, or Business discipline; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of product management, marketing, or related commercial experience within Medical Diagnostics or Device industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven ability to prioritize requirements and make strategic trade-offs with diverse global stakeholders.
• Direct experience with cobas 5800/6800/8800 systems or other automated molecular diagnostic platforms.
• Strong understanding of IVD hardware, software, and laboratory workflows, including LIS/middleware interfacing.
• Global experience, e.g., worked in a global role with multiple country affiliates.

• Lead development and execution of the global product strategy for the Molecular Workarea portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Global Customer Support, Operations) to drive the full product lifecycle.
• Translate customer and business requirements into compelling product features and business cases.
• Act as product champion for regional partners, ensuring tools and training for commercial success.
• Drive prioritization of on-market issues as part of PCQT to ensure customer satisfaction and quality.
• Define positioning, messaging, and launch strategies in partnership with Global Marketing.
