You will collaborate with managers, HR, Payroll, and external partners to ensure compliant, efficient mobility and a positive employee experience.

The role focuses on defining deployment options, managing documentation, and driving improvements to mobility processes, tools, and guidance, supported by analytics.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Global Mobility, International HR, and Payroll.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with structured documentation.
• Ability to translate mobility needs into guidance.
• Experience with external vendors in immigration or relocation.
• Fluent in English and German; other languages helpful.
• Experience in project-based or industrial/service environments.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and administer international assignments, secondments, and business travel.
• Act as the primary operational contact for global mobility topics.
• Assess options while ensuring legal, tax, immigration compliance.
• Manage assignment documentation, approvals, and tracking.
• Coordinate visa, work permits, immigration, and social security with HR teams.
• Provide reporting and mobility insights to support decision-making.
