Zusammenfassung

Congenius AG in Basel is seeking a Global Project Manager for Combination Products (m/f/d) on a temporary or freelance basis (100%). You will lead global development, lifecycle management and continuous improvement projects in the medical device/pharma environment.

Responsibilities include translating strategy into executable plans with cross-functional leadership, planning and monitoring milestones, budgets and quality objectives, and coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or related field.
• 8–11 years total, with at least 5 years in med device/pharma/biopharma.
• Experience managing drug/medical device development and commercialization, preferably with combination products.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies; proficient with MS Project, Smartsheet, Google Suite; understand 21 CFR 820.30 Design Controls.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Fluent English is mandatory; German/Japanese/Danish are an advantage.

• Plan, execute and monitor milestones, timelines, budgets and quality objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors and global stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Design & Development Plans complying with regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; manage scope and resources.
• Apply project management best practices for planning, governance and decision-making.
• Facilitate team collaboration, governance reviews and stage-gate processes.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards and knowledge management for transparency.
