Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of Medical Affairs, Quality and Compliance experience in pharma.
• Experience in international, regional, or above-country Medical Affairs roles within a complex global organization.
• Leadership experience across multi-country first-line assurance and risk-based monitoring.
• Strong English communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process effectiveness and first-line monitoring across International Medical Affairs to ensure compliant execution.
• Design and evolve monitoring frameworks to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate monitoring insights into corrective and preventive actions to strengthen processes.
• Drive proactive risk management and audit/inspection readiness across IMA.
• Partner with country, regional, and functional stakeholders to improve process adoption and governance.
• Establish metrics to assess process effectiveness and prioritize improvements.
