Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of experience in business development, licensing, franchising, strategic partnerships, corporate development or related environments.
• Experience evaluating commercial opportunities and establishing long-term commercial relationships.
• Strong analytical capabilities with confidence working with business cases, contracts and commercial proposals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; fluency in English.

Aufgaben

• Support international market expansion initiatives and partner-led growth strategies.
• Identify, assess and engage prospective licensing, operators and strategic partners.
• Build market intelligence and evaluate growth opportunities across international markets.
• Develop commercial proposals, business cases and strategic recommendations.
• Lead negotiations for licensing and strategic partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with commercial, legal, strategy and M&A stakeholders; maintain relationships with partners.
• Independently manage defined commercial opportunities and contribute to larger strategic projects.
