• Drive international market expansion initiatives from assessment to commercial execution.
• Identify, evaluate and engage prospective partners, operators, investors and strategic stakeholders.
• Develop and execute market-entry strategies across existing and new markets.
• Build a robust international opportunity pipeline through market assessment and relationship development.
• Structure, negotiate and conclude complex commercial agreements and long-term partnerships.
• Drive value creation through partnerships and market-entry initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal M&A specialists on investment and divestment assessments and due diligence.
• Assess strategic fit, commercial attractiveness and long-term value creation potential.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural deal teams across international markets.
• Monitor industry developments, competition, and market trends.
