Job summary

SimplyVision GmbH in Basel, Switzerland seeks a Market Access Excellence Director to lead the access organization, drive KPI governance, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with HEOR, Pricing, TA Access and Finance.

You will own the IV&A data standards, build a robust KPI framework, and ensure data integrity, with a focus on international markets and pre-launch to post-launch activities across the value chain.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in value & access or operational excellence roles.
• 2+ years international/regional experience in operational excellence or access roles.
• Proven KPI framework, governance, and dashboards experience.
• Strong data understanding and governance model knowledge.
• Experience managing budgets in a matrix, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Access Excellence organization to enable access performance and measurable outcomes.
• Own budgeting process for IV&A, track spend vs outcomes, and drive governance.
