Qualifications

• 8+ years in value/access or operational excellence roles.
• 2+ years international or regional experience.
• Proven KPI framework development and dashboards.
• Strong data governance and budgeting experience.
• Ability to lead in a matrix, global environment.
• Excellent communication to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Balances strategy with end-to-end execution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen IV&A governance and book of work; drive operational excellence.
• Support senior leadership with data-driven decision making and dashboards.
• Define and own access data standards and governance platforms.
• Partner with IT, analytics, markets to ensure reliable data flows.
• Design and maintain enterprise access KPI framework.
• Lead annual budgeting for IV&A and track spend vs outcomes.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement with cross-functional partners.
• Operate effectively in a matrix organization.
• Ensure ethics, risks, compliance as per policies.
