Zusammenfassung

CSEM SA is seeking a Senior Philanthropy Manager, Foundations to lead a portfolio of private and corporate foundations, cultivate relationships across the full donor cycle, and secure six- to seven-figure gifts to support our mission in technology transfer and Swiss economic growth.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will translate technical programmes into compelling cases, co‑write proposals and reports, travel within Switzerland, and build a strong foundations fundraising program

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or relevant qualification.
• At least four years of fundraising from foundations with six- to seven-figure gifts.
• Deep knowledge of Swiss foundations landscape (private and corporate).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; able to write compelling cases for support.

Aufgaben

• Build and grow a portfolio of private and corporate foundation prospects across the full donor cycle.
• Translate technical programmes into compelling cases for support and co-write proposals/reports.
• Steward existing donors, meet reporting obligations, and strengthen relationships.
• Represent CSEM to foundations and at relevant sector events.
• Travel within Switzerland up to two evening events per month when required.
