The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, building thought leadership in impact investing, sustainability, and digital visibility, while ensuring a consistent brand.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10 years’ experience in marketing, communications, PR, investor communications, or brand management.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute EQ’s marketing strategy across channels.
• Position EQ and its leadership as experts in impact investing, financial inclusion, and sustainable finance.
• Lead and execute PR activities, media relations, interviews, press releases, awards, podcasts, and speaking engagements.
• Organize high-quality events in Zurich and other Swiss cities with partners.
• Develop, host, and scale EQ’s podcast featuring industry experts and internal specialists.
• Own and improve EQ’s website, manage SEO, analytics, and coordinate external agencies.
• Monitor and optimize EQ’s representation across AI platforms and implement AI solutions.
• Manage EQ’s social media presence, especially LinkedIn, with content calendar.
• Produce high-quality content across investor communications, case studies, newsletters, and videos.
• Lead annual investor communications campaigns and corporate announcements.
• Oversee Sustainability Report end-to-end: data, narratives, QA, publication.
