Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth (CSP) - Foundation is recruiting a Managing Director to lead CSPF from Zurich. The role requires scaling programs, fundraising, and global collaboration across universities and industry partners.

The MD will drive strategy, donor engagement, and build a high-performing team while coordinating with the CSP network. The ideal candidate will have experience in social business leadership, fundraising, and an international network in sustainable

Qualifikationen

• Experience building or running a high-performing social business.
• Experience in fundraising, including securing major gifts.
• Shaping organizational or programmatic strategy across entities/geographies.
• Ability to represent CSP to donors, academic partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Existing network in sustainable finance, impact investing, or philanthropy.
• Understanding of impact investing for UHNW wealth or willingness to develop one.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
• Trustworthy leadership and ability to build consensus among stakeholders.
• Based in or around Zurich, or willing to relocate to Switzerland, with willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Translate CSPF’s board-adopted strategy into concrete priorities and measurable progress with the global team.
• Lead core CSPF programs, including Next Gen and Family Office programs, and engage UHNW participants.
• Own CSPF fundraising strategy and donor relations to grow the resource base.
• Nurture CSP’s global alumni network and collaborators in research, training, and engagement.
• Build CSP’s external presence with academic institutions and industry leaders; represent CSP publicly.
• Collaborate with the Deputy Managing Director and CSP network leaders; develop the local team and culture.
