Job summary

Novartis International AG in Basel, Switzerland, is seeking a Manager Global Management Reporting to lead the design, development, and maintenance of global finance reporting and performance management systems. You will collaborate with Finance, Data, and IT to deliver scalable reporting, dashboards, and analytics that drive strategic decision-making.

The role requires 7+ years in analytics or enterprise systems, strong SAP BPC/BW/HANA skills, and fluent English with excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in application development, analytics platforms, or enterprise systems support.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, and management reporting processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, SAP Business Warehouse, and SAP HANA.
• Fluent English with strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of global management reporting and performance management solutions.
• Deliver scalable planning, reporting, dashboarding, and analytics capabilities that support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and availability of finance reporting systems and related data platforms.
• Partner with Finance, Data, and IT teams to implement reporting and process enhancements.
• Oversee master data governance and ensure high-quality data across countries, processes, and systems.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and reporting processes through robust system solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement, simplification, and operational excellence across reporting and analytics environments.
