Qualifications

• Graduate degree in life sciences (ideally Master’s or equivalent).
• Typically 8–10 years in pharma/biotech, with 5+ years in drug development or portfolio analytics.
• Experience in cross-functional, international environments; familiarity with drug development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and structured problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Excellent communication; proactive, curious, and committed to continuous learning.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Responsabilités

• Develop, deliver, and improve pipeline reports and analytics for operational and strategic decisions.
• Manage project and pipeline data; ensure accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and system integration.
• Apply quality controls, harmonize data standards and reporting frameworks.
• Track KPIs, benchmark performance, identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business questions.
• Translate complex data into clear implications and actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and senior stakeholders to align priorities and influence outcomes.
• Provide ad hoc analytical and reporting support for senior management and initiatives.
• Independently apply problem-solving and external best practices to improve analytics and processes.
