• Typically 8–10 years in pharma/biotech with 5+ years in drug development or portfolio analytics.
• Experience in cross-functional international environments and drug development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve pipeline reports and analytics for operational and strategic decisions.
• Manage project and pipeline data for accuracy, accessibility, and integration across systems.
• Apply data quality controls and harmonize data standards and reporting frameworks.
• Track KPIs, benchmark performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate data findings into implications and actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align priorities and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Provide timely ad hoc analytical support for senior management initiatives.
• Independently apply structured problem solving and best practices to improve analytics and processes.
