Job summary

Novartis International AG in Basel, Switzerland, is seeking a Manager Global Management Reporting to lead the design, development, and maintenance of global finance reporting and performance management systems. • 7+ years of experience in application development, analytics platforms, or enterprise systems support.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, and management reporting processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, SAP Business Warehouse, and SAP HANA.
• Fluent English with strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 91.000 CHF - 169.000 CHF

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
