Zusammenfassung

TotalEnergies Trading & Shipping in Geneva seeks an experienced Shipping Operator with a seagoing background to coordinate international maritime operations. You will oversee daily voyages from pre-fixture to post-voyage, ensuring safety, efficiency and full regulatory compliance.

You will liaise with shipowners, charterers, agents and internal teams, optimize voyage plans, monitor performance and costs, and support risk management and HSE standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years' seagoing experience as an Officer on gas or oil carriers.
• Solid experience in maritime operations, shipping or fleet management.
• Strong understanding of voyage operations and the maritime environment.
• Familiarity with shipping contracts and operational processes.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily shipping operations from pre-fixture to post-voyage.
• Act as key contact with shipowners, charterers, agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Trading, Chartering, Technical and Vetting teams.
• Ensure voyage execution aligns with contracts and internal procedures.
• Optimize voyages for safety, efficiency, timing and cost.
• Monitor performance, incidents, delays and costs.
• Support risk management and HSE compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
