The International Business Leader (IBL) – Coagulation, Hematology & Urinalysis (CHU) role at Roche Diagnostics Solutions drives global strategy, commercial success and market development for the CHU portfolio within Core Lab. It leads the International Business Team and aligns strategy with global regions and affiliates.

The ideal candidate has senior global leadership experience in diagnostics, a strong grasp of the diagnostic lifecycle, and a track record of building high-performing teams

• Senior-level international business and commercial leadership experience
• Deep understanding of the diagnostic lifecycle and global trends
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams across affiliates and regions

Mansioni

• Creates and executes the long-term strategic commercial vision for the CHU portfolio and 3rd party ecosystem.
• Develops global marketing plans and launch roadmaps across Coagulation, Urinalysis, Hematology lines.
• Leads the International Business Team and coaches IPMs and cross-functional members.
• Manages rolling global LCT marketing budget and aligns with affiliates’ needs.
• Interfaces across R&D, Regulatory, Operations/Supply Chain, IP/Legal, and Global Marketing.
• Identifies growth opportunities and directs global congress presence and product positioning.
