F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG is seeking a visionary Technical Lead to drive the transition of medical devices from development to large-scale manufacturing. You will bridge design, global manufacturing networks, and lifecycle management to ensure solutions reach patients worldwide.

You will lead a global matrix team, shape multi-year roadmaps, and oversee CAPEX, supplier selection, risk management, and post-launch activities. International travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of total work experience in medical device or combination product industrialization.
• 10+ years in industrialization, sustaining engineering and manufacturing.
• Proven leadership, resource allocation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with external contract negotiations and IP landscapes.
• Experience managing multi-project portfolios and incorporating market feedback.
