The role demands 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years in medical device industrialization and manufacturing, with strong leadership and external negotiations skills.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of total work experience in medical device or combination product industrialization
• 10+ years focused on industrialization, sustaining engineering, and manufacturing
• Proven ability to lead complex multi-project portfolios and multi-site teams
• Experience negotiating external contracts and navigating IP with Procurement, Legal, and Finance
• Strong capability in innovation, continuous improvement, and driving end-to-end device strategies

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage technical industrialization and sustaining activities end-to-end from innovation through commercialization
• Formulate and execute a multi-year strategy and roadmap based on product and business requirements
• Lead a global technical matrix team with alignment across innovation, product, and development groups
• Apply design principles for manufacturing, assembly, industrialization, and lifecycle management during product development
• Drive project goals, supplier selection, and technical strategies with external partners and internal teams
• Oversee risk assessments, CAPEX planning to secure long-term manufacturing capacity
• Provide strategic technical guidance to senior leadership across Technical Product Teams and manufacturing sites
• Ensure launch readiness and lead post-launch technical activities including CAPA and health reviews
