Zusammenfassung

Roche in Switzerland invites a Team Lead for Workflow Innovation & Management to steer engineering and service teams in building AI-enabled lab workflow products. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to translate scientific needs into high-value digital solutions that accelerate diagnostics and medicines to patients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in product management launching high-value technology products.
• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech or regulated healthcare technology industry, with understanding of Diagnostics business environments.
• 1+ years of leadership experience managing, scaling, and developing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Deep understanding of lab user workflows (sample prep, assay development) with familiarity of APIs, cloud, data science, and AI/ML concepts.
• Solid understanding of GxP guidelines, FAIR data principles, and data privacy regulations (GDPR).
• Proficient in leading teams within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks; strong user-centric design focus.

• Define Strategy & Vision: set direction, roadmap, and features for lab workflow products, integrating AI capabilities.
• Champion Customer-Centricity: translate user needs into tangible, high-impact digital solutions.
• Lead Product Lifecycle Management: manage ideation through scaling with compliance to GxP, FAIR data, and data privacy.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: align scientific, engineering, and executive teams around roadmaps and timelines.
• Develop High-Performing Teams: attract, mentor, and empower a talented team of technical experts.
• Optimize Performance & Metrics: track KPIs, analyze user behavior, and apply data-driven insights.
• Manage Resources & Business Cases: formulate detailed business cases and allocate resources.
• Bridge Scientific & Technical Domains: enable data transitions between bench scientists and computational researchers.
