Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in footwear tooling and bottom unit development.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in footwear engineering.
• Expert-level knowledge of footwear materials, mold construction and manufacturing processes.

Aufgaben

• Direct the bottom unit development strategy for performance and lifestyle products.
• Lead cross-functional teams across design, development, and product management.
• Spearhead workflow evaluations to maximize global efficiency and prototyping speed.
• Advise on design feasibility, manufacturing capabilities, and midsole component integration.
• Drive partnerships with Asian tooling counterparts and mold shops.
• Set standards for manufacturability and durability; review CADs and prototypes.
