On in Zurich, Switzerland seeks a Senior Lead -Footwear Design for Performance Running to drive the design vision and execution of next-generation footwear. Based in our Zurich studio, you will shape the full creative lifecycle from athlete insights to production-ready products that redefine running.

You will lead a cross-functional team, integrate biomechanics data, mentor talent, and partner with global teams to translate concepts into market-ready realities while maintaining a premium design

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design or related field.
• 8+ years in performance footwear design for running or sportswear.
• Proven leadership on successful performance products.
• Experience with 2D/3D design tools; AI tools is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end design of performance running footwear from concept to production.
• Build cross-functional networks with innovation, product strategy and engineering.
• Mentor and scale the design team as the category grows.
• Drive technology-infused, athlete-driven products with premium design.
• Create design narratives, assets and prototypes to communicate direction.
• Collaborate with Zurich and Vietnam teams to translate concepts into products.
• Identify trends in materials and manufacturing to keep the line ahead.
• Synthesize biomechanics and athlete feedback to guide future directions.
• Present concepts to executives and stakeholders to shape strategy.
• Foster an experimental, curious design culture across the organization.
