Roche seeks a senior operations and supply chain leader to guide the global PTD strategy and end-to-end clinical supply network. You will steer digital transformations, including ERP migrations, and partner with R&D, global planning, and portfolio teams to deliver compliant, resilient processes worldwide.

You will manage a diverse, multi-site team and drive Lean Six Sigma across the organization while overseeing budget cycles and risk management programs.

Competenze

• Minimum 15 years in pharmaceutical/healthcare with global supply operations.
• Proven leadership in large, cross-site, multi-functional teams.
• Experience with digital ERP transformations and enterprise programs.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end PTDS strategy and global project portfolio management.
• Drive core digital and AI roadmaps including ERP migrations.
• Direct Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and Kaizen events across PTDx.
• Oversee budget cycles and 3–5 year strategic horizons.
