Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Global Labeling Product Leader to be based in Allschwil, Berne, or Zug, Switzerland. You will lead the development and maintenance of primary labeling and derived documents across compounds and regions.

You will guide labeling content decisions, coordinate with regulatory and clinical teams, and help shape the global labeling strategy while driving process improvements for patients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline is required.
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD/MD/PharmD) is preferred.
• 4+ years in pharma with regulatory affairs/ labeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, revision, review and maintenance of CCDS, USPI and labeling for assigned compounds.
• Advise on labeling content, timelines, and scientific integrity; resolve labeling issues.
• Contribute to global labeling strategy and knowledge of competitors' labeling.
• Drive continuous improvement of end-to-end labeling processes.
