Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Global Labeling Product Leader to base in Allschwil, Switzerland, Berne, or Zug. You will lead labeling documents (CCDS, USPI, EU Product Information) and derived labeling, ensuring quality, compliance, and strategic alignment across regions.

You will guide timelines, coordinate across regulatory affairs, clinical, and medical information teams, and drive continuous improvements in the labeling process to support global product lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 4 years in the pharmaceutical industry; regulatory affairs and labeling experience.
• 3+ years in Regulatory Affairs with labeling experience preferred; strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of worldwide labeling guidelines and development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, revision, review, agreement, and maintenance of primary and derived labeling documents for assigned compounds (CCDS, USPI, EU Product Information).
• Provide guidance on labeling content, timelines, and scientific integrity; resolve labeling issues impacting primary/derived labeling.
• Contribute to global labeling strategy and understand competitors’ labeling plans.
• Support continuous improvement of the end-to-end labeling process.
