Job summary

Michael Page (Switzerland) is seeking a temporary IT Vendor Management professional to act as the main liaison with IT vendors, coordinate onboarding/offboarding and maintain vendor records. The role requires strong Excel skills and experience in vendor lifecycle processes within an international setting.

You will support service reviews, track renewal dates, and assist stakeholders with vendor-related queries, in a hybrid work environment with potential extension based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Vendor Management, IT Vendor Coordination, or IT Supplier Management environment.
• Understanding of vendor lifecycle processes and contract administration.
• Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for routine communication with IT vendors.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding of suppliers.
• Maintain vendor documentation, contracts, and related records.
• Track vendor requests and follow up on pending actions.
• Coordinate meetings and service review activities with suppliers.
• Assist internal stakeholders with vendor-related queries.
• Monitor contract renewal dates and administrative milestones.
• Support reporting activities and maintain vendor data accuracy.
