IUCN is seeking a Director, Global Information Systems to lead IT and digital transformation across the organisation, reporting to the CFO. The role requires steering global IT strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure and governance, while driving innovation and data stewardship in a large, international NGO.

The position is based in Gland, Switzerland, with a 100% assignment and a max-term contract up to 36 months.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible information technology experience, incl. 7+ years in senior leadership in large orgs.

• IT Strategy and Governance — develop and implement a multi-year IT and Digital Transformation Strategy with governance, policies, risk management and compliance.
