TalentCloud Group is supporting a leading global consulting client in Zürich, seeking a Director to captain complex security transformation programmes and shape the delivery team. The role requires steering cross-border delivery, advisory on OT security, IAM, and supply chain security, and elevating client relationships.

The candidate will drive IT-OT convergence, define operating models, and expand the cyber practice while nurturing a diverse, high-performing team across regions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years' experience within manufacturing, pharma, or industrial environments.
• Strong background in OT security, cyber strategy, IAM, vulnerability management, incident response, or supply chain security.
• Proven experience in business development or strategic account management.
• Knowledge of IEC-62443/ISA-99 and NIST CSF; CISSP, GICSP, or similar certifications are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead global delivery teams on large-scale cyber security transformation projects.
• Advise clients on OT security, IAM, supply chain security, and managed services transformation.
• Help clients navigate IT-OT convergence and define target operating models.
• Build strategic, long-term relationships with clients and key vendors.
• Spot new business opportunities and help grow the cyber practice.
• Grow and develop a high-performing, multicultural team.
