Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA in Geneva is seeking an IT leader to define and drive the company’s IT strategy and vision. You will oversee all IT functions, ensure security, manage budgets, and lead technology initiatives to support industrial operations.

The role requires a Master’s degree in IT or related field and 10+ years in IT leadership, with fluent English and French. You will inspire teams, manage vendors, and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Master's degree in IT, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of IT leadership experience in industrial environments.
• Proven people management and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong security, infrastructure, applications knowledge and agile methods.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee all IT functions, ensure security and risk management, and manage IT budgets.
• Identify, implement, and optimize systems, tools, and infrastructure for industrial operations.
• Manage KPIs, dashboards, and communicate with stakeholders, including executive committees.
• Drive enterprise digital initiatives to foster innovation and maintain competitiveness.
• Lead and develop Infrastructure, System and Security teams.
