Confidential Careers is seeking a Global Director of IT to lead the international IT organization from Switzerland, reporting to the CTO. The role focuses on translating technology strategy into roadmaps, prioritizing delivery, and guiding a large, skilled team across the enterprise.

You will drive AI projects, software initiatives and digital transformation, while fostering innovation and effective collaboration with executive leadership. Relocation to Switzerland is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT, software and technology leadership experience.
• Experience translating enterprise tech strategy into large-scale IT delivery.
• Proven track record leading large teams.
• Experience in established corporate environments.
• Hands-on software development experience and credibility with technical teams.
• Experience delivering AI projects.
• Forward-looking, innovative, strong leadership and communication.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.

Responsabilités

• Translate CTO/Board strategy into global IT roadmaps and plans.
• Lead and develop a large team of technology professionals.
• Guide enterprise software and platform development balancing architecture and business needs.
• Deliver software, AI, and digital initiatives per CTO priorities.
• Foster culture of continuous improvement and responsible tech adoption.
• Partner with executives; update CTO on delivery, risks, options and results.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and technologies.
