Sika is a global specialty chemicals company headquartered in Baar, Switzerland. We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our Corporate Compliance Team and lead the global CMS deployment, shaping governance and ethical practices across the group.

You will manage case investigations, deliver training, contribute to audits, and collaborate with HR, Legal, and external partners. The role requires strong leadership, excellent written and verbal English, and willingness to travel

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Law or post graduate studies in Law/Compliance (e.g., CAS) with a solid compliance experience.
• 10+ years of compliance experience in an internationally operating business.
• Direct experience in investigations is necessary.
• Ability to craft reports and concise executive summaries for senior management.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English.
• Availability to travel (approx. 20%).

Aufgaben

• Support the development, coordination, and implementation of the Sika CMS across HR, Legal and Compliance.
• Manage full life cycle of investigations for compliance/HR matters with timely reporting.
• Develop and deliver targeted compliance trainings (classroom or virtual) for global audiences.
• Contribute to the Compliance Audit Program and monitor activities for improvement.
• Draft, revise, and implement internal policies related to compliance and ethical leadership.
• Lead global projects and roll out the CMS to acquired entities.
• Monitor progress of compliance initiatives and report to Group Management and the Board.
