Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a Senior Inventory & Supply Risk Manager to own the global control tower for inventory optimization and short‑term supply assurance. You will drive end‑to‑end visibility across Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods, reducing excess and mitigating supply risks to protect patient supply.

You will partner with planning, manufacturing, procurement and commercial teams to develop corrective actions, monitor key metrics, and lead governance forums focused on inventory optimization

Qualifications

• Experience leading global inventory optimization initiatives.
• Ability to quantify excess, obsolescent and at-risk inventory.
• Proven track record driving governance and cross-functional decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the global inventory visibility across Raw Materials, WIP and Finished Goods.
• Monitor KPIs like DIO, safety stock adherence and working capital.
• Lead risk reviews and cross‑functional trade‑offs for supply resilience.
• Provide IBP cycle insights and executive dashboards with actionable recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve inventory productivity and service levels.
