Job summary

CSL is seeking a Director (f/m/x) Global Procurement – Logistics & Warehousing to lead strategic planning, supplier management, and global operations. This executive role requires shaping long-term logistics strategies and driving cost efficiencies across 3PL/warehousing, freight, and compliance.

You will partner with CSL senior leadership to deliver value, manage risks, and mature the procurement function across regions, including Switzerland and the UK. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in strategic sourcing or equivalent.
• Leadership experience with a global team and logistics category knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and long-term logistics & warehousing plans aligned with CSL strategy.
• Drive cost savings, supplier consolidation, and best-in-class supply management.
• Lead complex negotiations with key suppliers and coach sourcing teams.
• Establish SRM processes and governance for critical global suppliers.
• Oversee KPI tracking and regular performance reviews with senior leaders.
