This leader will generate actionable stylist, client, market, and competitive insights to shape growth strategies and partner with Brand, Innovation, R&D, Education, and Commercial teams worldwide.

The role requires 10+ years in insights, a track record in global programs, and experience in premium consumer goods.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in Insights including minimum 5Y in B2B and minimum 5Y in a global role.
• Experience in professional beauty or adjacent premium consumer goods is preferred.

• Lead insights generation program for Wella Professionals color with stylists, clients, and consumers.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research programs to inform innovation, portfolio, education, and communication strategies.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations that influence business decisions and commercial outcomes.
• Provide strategic support to Global Marketing, Education, R&D, regional and local teams.
• Monitor trends and competitive landscape to influence business directions.
