Job summary
Sika is seeking a Global Innovation Platform & Process Manager to lead the management of the company's global innovation platforms and processes. You will translate business needs into scalable digital solutions, driving adoption and continuous improvement across regions.
In this role you will partner with IT, innovation teams, and external providers to deliver value and report on usage and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- University degree in Innovation Management or related field.
- 3–5 years in innovation management or idea management.
- Experience with platform administration and international environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and enhance global innovation platforms (HYPE) including configuration and admin.
- Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
- Drive optimization and standardization of global innovation processes.
- Partner with teams, IT, and external providers to deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and drive improvements.
- Develop training and enablement to support adoption.
- Foster collaboration and a global innovation community.
- Monitor usage and metrics to support decisions.
