Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Experience in industrial testing or automation environments.
• Proven track record in business development and market analysis.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen; SAP/CRM familiarity beneficial.
• English fluency required; German or other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development activities across Industrial Testing markets, owning market analysis, identifying and converting new business opportunities to achieve growth targets.
• Define target markets, applications, and key accounts, ensuring alignment of sales and marketing activities.
• Build relationships with strategic customers and ecosystem partners, support key accounts, and coordinate customer engagements globally (up to 20% travel).
• Act as the technical and commercial expert for Industrial Testing applications, providing market insights, customer analysis, and support to sales teams.
• Identify customer needs, market trends, competitive gaps, and emerging technologies, translating insights into actionable input for Product Management and new product development.
