Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category strategies for Corporate & Engineering Services, Travel, Contingent Workforce and other indirect categories.
• Analyze spend, demand, supplier markets, benchmarks and requirements to identify savings, cost avoidance and risk-reduction opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives including market engagement, RFIs/RFPs, bid evaluations, business cases, negotiations and award recommendations.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, service levels and framework agreements with Legal, Finance, Compliance and stakeholders.
• Govern the engagement of consultants, contractors, interim managers and staffing providers with internal policies and country requirements.
• Manage strategic suppliers with KPIs, SLAs and regular performance reviews; address escalations and drive improvements.
• Partner with global functions, Engineering and local sites to align procurement with budgets and operational priorities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, P2P, information security, export control and sustainability standards.
• Monitor and report savings, contract coverage, pipelines and supplier risks to Procurement leadership.
• Drive procurement process improvements and global initiatives to strengthen governance and value delivery.
