AB InBev in Zug, Switzerland, is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager for Growth Tech to define and lead procurement strategy across indirect services. You will manage global supplier negotiations, drive cost and cash flow improvements, and ensure quality, ESG and innovation targets are met.

You will engage with senior leaders, coordinate across six geographic zones, and mentor procurement colleagues worldwide while leveraging data and benchmarks to realize scalable savings and best practices.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, economics, supply chain).
• Experience in procurement roles (category management, strategic sourcing, negotiations) or related consulting.
• Strong data and quantitative analysis skills with the ability to turn data into insights for leadership.

• Support delivery of cost and cash flow targets through strategic category management and negotiations.
• Develop category and sourcing strategy for key services categories using established methodologies.
• Lead global contract negotiations and manage supplier relationships across diverse vendors.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders across zones to drive savings, quality and ESG initiatives.
• Coach regional buyers and analysts, enabling cross-functional collaboration and best practices.
