Lombardi Engineering Group in Switzerland seeks a Senior Engineer / Project Manager for hydropower and dams to lead the design, planning and supervision of hydroelectric projects. You will prepare technical reports, define deliverables and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.

You will conduct technical site visits, collaborate with customers and suppliers, and propose efficient solutions while ensuring the technical, financial and safety performance of projects.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering with hydraulics/structures/geotechnics specialization.
• 15+ years of design and supervision experience in hydro powerplants and dams.
• Analytical, organized and results-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client/supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in English; Italian/French/Spanish knowledge is a plus.
• willingness for short trips abroad.
